Your HOA has compiled a nice summary sheet detailing all the curbside pickup services provided by the city of Franklin including limbs, brush, furniture, appliances, etc.

Preparation for resurfacing all streets in Boyd Mill Estates begins Friday morning at approximately 8:20 am.

Notice received 8/21/18 from the Franklin Street Dept :

Milling will begin tomorrow in Boyd Mill Estates preparation to resurface your streets. Milling is expected to take 3 to 5 days, then the casting team will reset castings and shoot grade to ensure proper drainage. Hopefully within 3 weeks if all goes well the streets will be completed.

Please do not park on the streets during this time. We have been informed all cars left in the street will be towed. For homeowners of rental properties, please inform your tenants.

Yesterday, official confirmation came from the Franklin Street Dept. that all Boyd Mill Estates streets will be repaved! Prep work will begin this Friday, followed by 2-3 days of asphalt milling to remove the existing asphalt surface. Then the new asphalt will be applied. All vehicles must be off the street while milling and paving are in process. If vehicles are in the way, they will be towed.

We will send written notice as soon as more details and exact dates are known. Four Star Paving is also to provide written notice to all residents. Meanwhile, please inform your neighbors and ask them to tell a neighbor too.

Thank you for your cooperation during this community improvement project. Our streets are going to be beautiful!
